Pepe Rodríguez is a founding partner of NOAD Cultura Digital. He has been linked to the music sector for more than 26 years as a promoter and manager through I Wanna Management, where he is also a founding partner.
In February 2019 he received in Palma de Mallorca the recognition of 25 years of experience by APM (Association of Music Promoters).
In the music sector, he has been responsible for all kinds of international tours, festivals of different formats and director of the musical career of various national artists.

Marcela San Martín is a founding member and she was also Vice President at MIM (Asociación de Mujeres de la Industria de la Música) until September 2019. She is a professor at the Master's Degree in Music Industry and Sound Studies at Carlos III University in Madrid and she regularly participates as a speaker at specialized conferences in the cultural sector.
In March 2019 she received from the Independent Phonographic Union - UFI- the Mario Mario Pacheco Honor Award ’for her professional career. She also received the Bastardo Honor Award for her professional career, awarded by Las Amigas Productions. Her professional career related to the music industry begins 28 years ago in Siroco venue in Madrid, where she worked until 1995. That same year she directed and organized her first concert for the Department of Culture for Alcorcón City Council (Madrid) on the occasion of the celebration of ‘Fiestas del 2 de mayo’, with a great success from critics and audience.
It is from October 1995 when she joined the professional team as head of communication and assistant manager al El Sol venue in Madrid. In 2002 she becomes part of the programming team, being 2010 the year that marks the beginning of her activity as responsible for concerts and privated events programming at Sala El Sol until July 2018. Until April 2019 she was Executive of Accounts, Programmer of Concerts and Events at Palacio de la Prensa in Madrid.
Graduated in Advertising and Marketing, throughout these years she has organized caring festivals for non-governmental organizations such as Accem, Acnur, Cear, Cruz Roja Española and Oxfam Intermón. Also ‘Mi Música tu Refugio’, which is celebrated annually in different Spanish cities (Ferrol, Barcelona and Madrid) where funds are raised for the refugee crisis.
In parallel, she has been a personal assistant to the magician Juan Tamariz from 1996 to 2013.
That year she creates the Cultural Association "Carte Diem" with the aim of giving visibility to women, artists of all modalities, and organize cultural events and activities for municipalities and private companies.
Ramiro McTersse "Ramiroquai", considered a cultural agitator, develops his work activity as "Cultural Manager" of brands related to a young audience such as Arnette, G-Shock and Dickies, among others. He was also part of the direction team of O Marisquiño festival during the years 2011 to 2015.
A great researcher and connoisseur of the culture of the youngest, he is required on multiple occasions for talks and sectoral meetings, as well as to form teams of professional athletes within the different disciplines that make up action sports in our country or discovering talent within the most urban musical styles such as trap, rap, punk, hardcore or electronic music, developing this activity through Stepfamily, his branding and product placement agency (Madrid).
He combines this work with teaching, as a professor at the Complutense, Camilo José Cela and Rey Juan Carlos I Universities, within the Superior University Degrees in Event Organization, Corporate Communication and Institutional Relations, as well as with motivational talks through his "Somos Ritmo" platform, aimed at corporate Team Building of companies and, on a social level, aimed at ethnic minorities, youth at risk of social exclusion, immigration and unemployed through his La Casa Y El Mundo Foundation. He is also a volunteer and collaborates annually with organizations such as the Ministry of Interior and the General Secretariat of Penitentiary Institutions, the Tomillo Foundation, Solidarios Por El Desarrollo, the Telefónica Foundation, the Santander Foundation and various companies that develop, within Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), an active and voluntary contribution aimed at social, economic and environmental improvement. Finally, we’d like to add his relationship as manager and partner of Alejandro Jodorowsky by conducting Social Workshops on Consciousness Development.
Apart from Cultural Management, he combined this work with other creative tasks as a part of a TV Series as an actor in the well-known "Médico de Familia", acting and traveling around the world with artistic companies such as Cirque Du Soleil, Mayumana or La Fura Dels Baus and as a musician with bands like Hechos contra el Decoro, Alcohol Jazz, La Cabra Mecánica, etc ..., as well as being the founder of the flamenco company in Sign Language "30 Decibels". He currently hosts and runs one of RNE's most successful hardcore / punk / metal music shows on Radio 3, called Bandera Negra.

Daniel Rodríguez (1985) is an architect from ETSAC, A Coruña Higher Technical School of Architecture. Already in his stage as a student, he participated in various architectural competitions, winning in 2008 the I PRIZE in the international competition Iacobus08, held in Regensburg (Germany). During student time, he collaborates with architecture and modeling studios to expand his training.
In addition to his facet as an architect, his work as a model-maker also stands out, making models for exhibitions, public administrations and the private sector, which show on a small scale the realities built and to be built. This facet leads him to teach at ETSAC for two years introductory modeling courses for students.
Carmen Armada (1988) is an architect from the ETSAC, Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de A Coruña, finishing her studies with an outstanding qualification in the final degree project. During her time as a student, she works in the studio of Manel Franco Taboada.
Related to teaching since 2014, since September 2018 she becomes part of the teaching staff of CESUGA, Center for Higher University Studies of Galicia, a center attached to the University of San Jorge in Zaragoza, in the degree of Architecture. She is a professor of Projects, Ethics and Deontology of the profession and Legal and Forensic Architecture, in the last years of the degree.
At the end of 2013, Daniel and Carmen joined forces to create the architecture studio “Situacións Construidas”, naming it in memory of Guy Debord who described the situation in the 1950s as “a concrete moment of life built and deliberately for the collective organization of a unitary environment and a game of events ”.
Year after year, the studio's work has grown exponentially, working for individuals, companies, and administrations. From the studio, there are 4 main lines of work: project development and construction management, advice on legal architecture, modeling workshop and design of assemblies and exhibitions.
Among the projects carried out from the study, the following stand out, many of them carried out within multidisciplinary teams: master plan for landscape regeneration of GC1, contracted by the Cabildo de Gran Canaria; technical assistance for the drawing up of current status plans of the Cabueñes Hospital in Gijón, contracted by the Asturias Health Department; reform of premises for Sixt Rent a Car office in A Coruña; technical assistance for the real estate Engel & Vöelkers; design and assembly of the exhibition Espazos Republicanos with the CRMH (commission for the recovery of historical memory); and a multitude of reforms of homes, commercial and hospitality premises, and offices.
As part of the study's commitment to social reality, since 2015 they have an open way of cooperative work with associations and NGOs, collaborating in the development of architectural projects at the local and international level. Some of these works are: Acampa 2017, Projects for APEM (association for the mentally ill), fire station in the Sahrawi refugee camps with NGO Aire.
Guillermo was born in Madrid, next to the sports city of Real Madrid with views of the training fields and the ice rink. If he was born today it would be with a view of a skyscraper.
His first artistic training was at the Pablo Picasso School of Arts in A Coruña where he trained in photography and took his first steps in audiovisual editing. He studied at the Pedro Almodóvar Film School (Alcorcón, Madrid). Upon entering the school, he had already made his first short film, “Amnesico por Compasión”, starring Xulio Abonjo and Luis Tosar. In his last year of career, he produces, directs, records, edits and he is in charge of catering for his first feature film “El Poema El Cuadro El Disco”, which premiered in 2010 at the prestigious Buenos Aires festival BAFICI (the film is currently part of the catalog of FILMIN platform), a film defined as "something similar to a documentary".
In the last 10 years, he combines works in advertising (specialized in the last 3 years in smart media and audiovisual support for contextual advertising in social media), industrial video (with clients such as Xunta of Galicia) from editing or realization with the creation of personal fiction projects such as the short films "... lipsis", "Suicidio Lamprea", "1984 Untitled Robot Short Film" or "Acaricie Poupette" that accumulate more than a hundred selections and no awards.
